Unipark includes 12 massive, reinforced concrete warehouses with total spread-out constructed area of 12 500 square meters, 3 administrative buildings with a total area of 700 square meters and open warehouse areas with total area of 12 500 square meters.
The internal road connections, the areas between the warehouses and the buildings are covered with reinforced concrete surface with a thickness of 65 cm, which allows for the traffic of heavy trucks and transport machines.
The infrastructure providing access to Unipark is perfect – a highway and a third-class road from the republican road network, completely renovated and put into operation in September, 2009.
Unipark has double electrical supply, water supply from the water and sewage network, it has a developed and functioning own water source, digital telephone line and internet with a speed of 100 mb/sec.
The security of Unipark is provided by highly specialized technique and electronics, 24-hour video surveillance (including remote one), professional video cameras with IR and high resolution and professional armed 24-hour security guards. The level of access is controlled 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All buildings on the territory of Unipark can be used both as warehouse areas and production facilities.
