Our brand-new Unipark warehouse base is positioned on the road entering the city of Varna, near Topoli village. The base includes four warehouse buildings, 30+ parking spaces for employees, ample space and parking for spedition vehicles, a security pavilion for access control and a barrier gate at the entrance, anti-fire protection with a reservoir and pumping station, loading and unloading platforms and supply stations for forklift equipment.
The built-up area of the warehouse base is 4,000 sq m while the expandable built-up area is 4,100 sq m. The new base provides optimal conditions for distribution and storage, with a focus on safety and effectiveness. The eastern warehouses contain 4 modern, high-end office premises, with a total area of 200 sq m and a stunning view of the Varna bay.

Unipark Prime consists of 12 spacious warehouses with a total build-up area of 12,500 sq m, three administration buildings comprising 700 sq m of office space and 12,500 sq m of uncovered storage space.
Access to Unipark is made seamless through excellent infrastructure. The park is equipped with dual electrical supply, a sewerage system, a private water supply and high-speed internet with speed exceeding 100 Mbps.
The premises can be used as much for storage as for manufacturing bases. Unipark is equipped to accommodate over 20,000 pallet spaces, with assured warehouse servicing.
