For fire safety, sprinkler fire extinguishing and alarm systems have been installed.
Each warehouse is equipped with 2 loading/unloading platforms for heavy goods vehicles and 2 platforms for light commercial vehicles.
Modern high-end office spaces – 4 units with a total area of 200 sq m – have been built and are fully operational. Each office offers a stunning view of Varna Bay.
